Working Terms

  • This is a Contractual work for 2 years . (upgradable)

  • This offer is valid for Skilled and Unskilled both kind of workers.

    8 working hours per day, 6 days in week, Overtime extra (Optional).

  • Wages and Incentives will be rely on experiences / performances basis.

  • As same profile may be wages are differ as per contract.

  • All Wages will subject to credit in his/her respective wallets/accounts every week.

  • All national vaccations/holidays will allowed as per Labour Act.

  • On time of return to Origin country Ticket will borne by company end.

  • Accommodations / 3 time meal / Tickets will avail by company end for all enrolled Foreign workers.

  • Local Transportation for Workplace will be avail by company respectively.

  • Expenses for Agreement, Insurance (partially), LMIA, and other Visa, Embassy, Attorney fees will be pay by company end.

    Approx 1,065 CAD will borne by employee rest will pay by company end.

  • This amount will reimbursed after Three month of joining.

  • If in case process will delay by worker or deny by worker deliberately in mid of process, then company will free to take action.

  • If In case  after joining, company will find any involvance in  illegal activity or against company policy, then company have right to terminates employee without any prior notice.

  • 15 days Training period for 45 days probations period for all workers.

  • Company will avail information which seems to be necessary to workers time to time.

  • Any kind of claims in case of death is subject to deceased beneficiary only.

  • All rights to appoint/terminate/suspend/eliminate/extensions etc. or whatsoever will subject to sole discretion of company only.
